HEPA Filters
The Camfil XH Absolute® filter is a high capacity HEPA manufactured under clean room conditions using wet-laid, micro-fiber glass media and aluminum separators in a 16-gauge galvannealed, X-body framing. The efficiencies offered range from 99.97% to 99.999% on 0.3 micron particles with a low initial/average pressure drop at 500fpm.
The Camfil XS Absolue is a standard-capacity HEPA manufactured under clean room conditions using wet-laid, micro-fiber glass media and aluminum separators in a 16-gauge galvannealed, X-body framing. The efficiencies offered range from 99.97% to 99.999% on 0.3 micron particles. The initial pressure drop is higher than the XH Absolute.
The Camfil PH Absolute® is a high-capacity HEPA manufactured under clean room conditions using wet-laid, micro-fiber glass media and aluminum separators in a woodboard framing. The efficiencies offered range from 99.97% to 99.999% ion 0.3 micron particles with a low initial/average pressure drop at 500fpm.
PS Absolute® (HEPA)
The Camfil PS Absolute® is a standard-capacity HEPA manufactured under clean room conditions using wet-laid, micro-fiber glass media and aluminum separators in a woodboard framing. The efficiencies offered range from 99.97% to 99.999% on 0.3 microns.
The Camfil Megalam™ Panel filter is available in efficiencies ranging from 95% on 0.3 microns to 99.99995% on MPPS. Clean consistent performance throughout the life of the filter through the use of CMS™ (Controlled Media Spacing). An upgrade over current ceiling and bench HEPA filters.
The polymeric media used in the Megalam Energuard provides the lowest cost of ownership available in a HEPA filter. Efficiencies of 99.95% (H13), 99.995% (H14), and 99.9995% (U15) at 0.1-0.2 µm in pack depths of 45mm, 53mm, and 70mm are available.
The Camfil Absolute VG provides high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filtration for critical application processes. Its critical media mass, more than twice that of standard HEPA filters, ensures low resistance to airflow for optimal energy savings throughout the life of the filter and increased airflow for air-starved applications.
The Camfil Filtra 2000™ is the highest capacity HEPA provided by Camfil using more than double the wet-laid, micro-fiber glass media found in a standard HEPA in a “V-style” design. The framing is of aluminum construction. The Filtra 2000 offers the maximum airflow at the lowest pressure drop at capacities up to 2400cfm. The efficiencies offered range from 95% to 99.999% on 0.3 microns.
Micretain (HEPA)
The Camfil Micretain® filter is a HEPA available in an efficiency of 95% on 0.3 microns using a wet-laid, micro-fiber glass media and aluminum separators in a 16-gauge galvannealed, x-body framing.
Ultra-Pac (HEPA)
The Camfil Ultra-Pac Absolute is a MERV 16 HEPA with an efficiency of 99.99% on 0.3 microns. The filter uses a mini-pleated, micro-fine glass media in a 16-gauge galvannealed steel body framing.
